The position involves coordinating international freight logistics for import shipments including land transportation, incoming airfreight, and customs brokerage.
- Liaising with customers regarding their daily import/domestic shipments.
- Coordinating deliveries.
- Handling customer enquiries efficiently and ensuring compliance with the Malca-Amit standard.
- Billing and issuing requests for import duty/tax remittance.
- Other import/domestic related tasks that are essential to Malca-Amit's operations.
- Bilingual in English & German.
- Basic or higher Microsoft Office skills.
- Freight forwarding experience.
- Experience in customs clearance is welcome but not essential.
